In this role, she is responsible for the overall services business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia across all dimensions, including profit and loss, growth, and client satisfaction. She leads a multi-disciplinary and diverse team of consultants, project managers, architects, and engineers in the country and is responsible for service delivery across multiple industries.
Dina has extensive experience leading strategic management consulting firms, business development for global companies, and has over 20 years of leadership experience and sustained excellent in business and market expansion and leading multi-disciplined consulting teams.
She was previously the Managing Partner for Alvarez and Marsal in Saudi Arabia and, prior to this, worked across the financial services industry in broad roles from business development, operations, project and program leadership, marketing, sales, investor relations, portfolio and account management, and quality assurance.
