Dr. Mina Bekheet is a Millennial Serial Entrepreneur and
Venture Capitalist. He is the Founder and CEO of Panacea,
an innovative enterprise committed to discovering,
launching, financing, and scaling the next wave of life
sciences and health tech companies while ensuring
universal equal access to transformative innovation.
Boasting over a decade of experience in pharma, health
tech, and biotech, Dr. Bekheet has been instrumental in
both launching and investing in numerous ventures. He
has built Panacea’s extensive portfolio of 400+ start-ups,
with a combined value of c. GBP£1.5 billion, and has
realised several successful exits.
Dr. Bekheet’s work has earned him a spot in Europe’s Forbes’ 30 Under 30 and a role in
shaping the UK’s Life Science Strategy through the House of Lords “Bell’s Report”. He serves
on various Boards, advises international organisations, and imparts knowledge as an External
Lecturer at Oxford’s Saïd Business School.
Dr. Bekheet holds a PhD in Oncology from the University of Oxford and a Masters in Drug
Discovery from University College London.
