My name is Juliana Guerrero, I come from Ecuador which is one of the important cocoa-chocolate country in the world. I have 2 degrees my first is in Management of Food and Beverage Bacs and the second one such as Chef Chocolatier/ chocolate maker. I studied and worked in Belgium for the most important Chocolate factories such as Chocolatier Pierre Marcoli, Frédéric Blondeel, Mary Chocolatier. For a few years now I have been offering chocolate workshops for adults, children, special occasions such as: Eid, Ramadan, extracurricular activities in schools, birthday parties, team building, privets celebrations, collaborations with some art studios.
