Khaula Hamoud Al Harthy is a highly accomplished businesswoman with over 19 years of
corporate work experience and an alumna of LBS. As the CEO of Injaz Oman, she empowers
Omani youth to own their own economic success and has been at the forefront of driving
initiatives that enable the private sector to actively participate as a social and economic partner in
the development of the Sultanate of Oman.
Khaula’s commitment to public service is further evident through her active involvement in
numerous boards and committees. She was appointed by the Cabinet of Ministers as a member of
the board of trustees of the Royal Academy of Management, where she contributes to creating
future leaders for Oman. Additionally, she serves as a board member of Ominvest, one of the
largest investment companies in the region, as well as the National Bank of Oman’s GCC Fund,
where she leverages her strategic acumen to drive financial growth and sustainability.
Recognized as a youth leader and an advocate for innovation and entrepreneurship, Khaula has
played a pivotal role in designing and planning the Sultanate’s youth programs during her time as
a member of the National Youth Commission. Her efforts have empowered young individuals by
providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and opportunities to excel in various fields.
She has also actively represented the voice of the youth in the National Program for Enhancing
Economic Diversification (Tanfeedh), contributing to the diversification and growth of Oman’s
economy.
