Mohamed FakhrElDin has over 9 years of experience in the telecommunication industry through assuming various roles at Vodafone Egypt in the areas of HR, Program Management, Market Analysis and Sales. Fakhr also oversaw business development operations for the mobile money product, leading all B2B business and integrations for VF Cash.

Moving to an important milestone further, Fakhr assumed the Chief Operations Officer role at Paynas exploiting his experience to develop the product enhancement, sales, operations and business development teams towards boosting Paynas growth.

Furthermore, Fakhr led the Partnerships for Lucky key Merchants then the Business Development for Connect in Lucky financial taking care of expansion of the product to MSMEs for various used cases along with Lucky One Card Expansion for their beneficiaries.

Building on the past 13 years of experience, Fakhr is now leading the Business Development function at EFG holding where he will take care of introducing new partnerships & alliances with entities to compliment our products on both consumer and corporate levels.

Fakhr has conducted assessment centers various entities alike Coca Cola, SC Johnson,, ElAraby, Astrazeneca & Organon. He also delivered CBI trainings for CIB, Samsung Distributors, Banque Misr.

Fakhr conducted Project Management training for AUC students (TL program), Communication Skills training for non-commercial teams at Vodafone, and completed several consultancy projects.

Fakhr has also delivered extensive commercial training related to the E-shop experience and the functions around it for Jawwal Telecom.

Educational Background

Fakhr holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from the Faculty of Computers and Information at Cairo University. He is a SHL Certified Trainer and Vodafone Certified Trainer.
