spanning both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Deputy CEO of Hayat Biotech, Naser plays a key role
in supporting Abu Dhabi’s transformative efforts in the biotechnology and life sciences sector.
In his previous role at G42, Naser played a key role in overseeing strategic partnerships and managing government and
private sector relations. Spearheading the Group’s business engagement strategy, he successfully navigated
collaborations with government authorities and private entities. Notably, in 2020, Naser played a pivotal role in the
successful launch of the 4Humanity campaign, overseeing the clinical trials of the world’s first Phase III Covid-19
inactive vaccine. His efforts involved seamless coordination with key government entities, showcasing his exceptional

sector. During his tenure at Masdar, he managed high-profile projects in Spain and the UK, including the

counsel to senior government officials and corporate executives. As the acting Executive Director and Director of
Projects and Strategic Studies at the UAE Ministry of State Office of H.E. Dr. Sultan Al Jaber, Naser drove efforts to
identify cross-sectoral opportunities, developed policies, and formulated strategies transcending the traditional
boundaries of public and private sectors.
A member of various Steering Committees and Chairman of the Office Tendering Committee, Naser led high-value
procurement activities, ensuring budget adherence and optimal resource utilization.
