Mrs. Natacha Ajaka is a Senior Clinical Dietitian with over 13 years of experience, renowned for her expertise in medical nutrition therapy and her role in multidisciplinary team approaches. She has extensive experience providing comprehensive nutrition care to both inpatient and outpatient populations, ensuring optimal outcomes for patients and caregivers. Currently, she is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration and Health Care Management at King’s Business School.
Natacha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Public Health from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, Lebanon. She has further advanced her qualifications with certifications from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, in Business Process Management in Healthcare Organizations, Quality Improvement in Healthcare Organizations, and Healthcare Organizations and the Health System.
Her research contributions are published in numerous international peer-reviewed medical journals, and she has actively participated in radio shows discussing various topics, including nutrition in oncology patients, eating disorders, gut microbiome, and common nutritional mistakes.
In Dubai, UAE, Natacha managed a wide range of chronic and critical conditions across all age groups, including oncology/hematology, renal disorders, ICU/PICU, diabetes and other endocrinology-related diseases, gastrointestinal and inflammatory diseases, cystic fibrosis, and mental health issues. As a crucial member of the healthcare team, she provided individualized, evidence-based nutrition care through diet therapy, education, and preventive measures, addressing all aspects of the nutrition care process.
