Having been part of the SEHA network since its inception in 2007, Al Kuwaiti has had notable roles across the organization, including Chief Financial Officer at Tawam Hospital, Chief Executive Officer at both Mafraq Hospital and Tawam Hospital and Regional CEO for Al Ain Region (Tawam, Al Ain and Al Wagan Hospital).
With over 24 years of experience, Saeed is a seasoned healthcare leader with significant achievements across healthcare and financial management. This includes playing a significant part in enhancing the overall position of Tawam Hospital as a provider for comprehensive oncology services in the country, Sheikh Khalifa Medical City as a Center of Excellence in Pediatric Cardiac Surgery, Corniche Hospital as a leading feto-maternal service provider, SEHA Kidney Care as the largest dialysis provider and Sakina as the 1st dedicated mental health service provider in the region, as well as chairing the first insurance and billing committee for implementation of health insurance in Abu Dhabi, which heralded the successful introduction of mandatory health insurance. He also led the successful activation of Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC) and Sheikh Tahnoon Medical City (STMC)
Al Kuwaiti has a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona USA, in addition to a Master of Business Administration from Griffith University, Australia.
