Siri Khalsa is the CEO and founder of Stance Advocacy Services, which enables corporations to put their values into action by proactively and strategically engaging in positive social impact in ways that are meaningful to their employees, customers and stakeholders. She hosts The Corporate Activist podcast and is the co-editor of The Global Alert newsletter.
Siri has decades of experience in political advocacy and social impact. She earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration while working as Director of Marketing for the Yogi Tea company. She later pursued an interest in politics, serving as an aide to New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson for many years. After earning a Masters Degree in International Relations at Tufts University’s Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a Masters of Public Administration from Harvard’s Kennedy School, Siri worked on Barak Obama’s first campaign for President, focusing on South Asia foreign policy. Siri lived in Afghanistan from 2009 to 2012, working with the U.S. Department of State on economic development projects, and later joined the UK based charity Turquoise Mountain, focusing on creating sustainable livelihoods for traditional artisans. More recently, Siri was Director of Global Affairs at Monaco’s Peace and Sport and has been working in Saudi Arabia since 2015 to develop the traditional craft industry and promote female entrepreneurship. She also serves as a board member of several organizations, including the Monaco Hydrogen Alliance. Siri is a native of New York now residing in Monaco, where she is a Lecturer at the University of Monaco.
