Talal Ajlan Alajlan is the chief executive officer of the National Center for Family Business (NCFB).

He has over 18 years of experience in the banking and investment sector. Before joining the NCFB, Alajlan held numerous senior management positions such as the deputy general director of the enablement and creativity sector at the Human Resources Development Fund, CEO of Al-Nakhla Real Estate Development Co., and the vice president of business development and strategy at Emcor Saudi Arabia.

He obtained a bachelor’s degree in law at King Saud University in 1996. Alajlan did a chartered financial planner course from the Dalhousie University in Canada.

Alajlan designed, developed, and executed enablement initiatives and programs such as (Qurrah, Wusool) to support Saudi women and empower them to enter the workforce and sustain their jobs.

He also provided enablement solutions to support small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurs through different programs.

In addition to being a board member of several companies, Alajlan is a member of the Saudi Economy Association.
