In parallel, between 2018 and 2022, he also founded and led a new business called Hailables (Taxi, Auto, Moto), and scaled it to become one of Uber’s largest and fastest-growing new businesses globally. In February 2022, Thibaud became Uber’s Global Head of Sustainability, a role in which he leads and oversees Uber’s global strategy and operations in sustainability, electrification and emissions reduction across all business lines and corporate operations.
