Wojciech Bajda joined Ericsson Poland in 2000 as a Sales Manager. During his tenure in Ericsson, Bajda has taken on different sales positions, including Key Account Manager for T-mobile, the biggest Ericsson account in Poland. In 2009, Bajda started his international assignment with Ericsson and worked in Africa, where he managed Orange and Millicom Accounts. In 2013, Bajda moved to Ukraine and led Ericsson’s business in Eurasia, which consisted of 11 countries from Belarusia to Mongolia.

Wojciech Bajda graduated with MSc. In Electronics from the Technical University of Lodz in Poland in 1999, and has completed an MBA at The University of Bradford in the UK in 2005. In addition, Bajda has taken a number of leadership courses, including ones at London Business School and at the Boston University Questrom School of Business.

At the beginning of 2017, Bajda was appointed as the Head of Customer Unit Industry & Society within the region of the Middle East. In this role, he was responsible for driving business growth and capturing market opportunities within the Middle East and in new business areas, with a special focus on Energy and Utilities, Public Safety and Security, Intelligent Transport Systems and Smart Cities.

As of May 2017, Bajda has been appointed as the Head of Gulf Council Countries & Global Customer Unit Zain at Ericsson.
