His Excellency Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa is a member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, and the
Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT). H.E. oversees the development
of Abu Dhabi’s master plan, which includes infrastructure, construction, transport, real estate, and
municipal services. H.E. also leads the Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC).
H.E. holds various other positions, including Chairman of Etihad Aviation Group, Abu Dhabi Housing
Authority (ADHA), and the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA). He is also the Vice-Chairman
of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
Furthermore, H.E. sits on the Board of Directors of the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), Smart
and Autonomous Systems Council (SASC), Etihad Rail, and Abu Dhabi Transport Company (ADTC).
Prior to his current position, H.E. was Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development

Almansoori now, in addition to leading the government housing of the UAE via the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme, is the global representative of the sector. HE Al Mansoori An alumnus of Old Dominion University, Virginia, USA. is known as strategic visionary and objective driven leader. Beyond his background in Mega urbanization and housing projects, Almansoori was of the pioneers in leading 100% digitalizing Gov. Operations in housing and infrastructure sector, which secured & facilitated business continuity during COVID pandemic. He led delivering major sector housing development initiatives to enhance the local housing experience/services by optimizing governmental resources such as launching innovative housing financial initiatives to secure sustainable fund resources in cooperation with private banking sector and reducing government housing end-user journey in parallel to a major customer satisfaction increment achieved more than 92% in 2022. He played a key role in drafting and issuing the Planning Guide for Vital Residential Communities 2018, a collaborative effort of the National Program of Happiness and Wellbeing. His achievement was a result of his previous history of handling federal government MEGA projects and housing in all over UAE (2008-2020) as the CEO and undersecretary at SZHP and Ministry of Public Works, where he established and developed the residential neighbourhood model in accordance with international principles and sustainability standards (LEED & PEARLS). Along with number of strategic designations. Regionally Almansoori represented UAE in GCC, Arab League and UN-Habitat and several strategic bilateral international collaborations. Almansoori adopted and launched several academic, youth-focused initiatives, including promoting university student's innovative ideas and fostering sustainable project research toward achieving SDGs. Moreover, HE AL Mansoori have been member Board of Directors at number of major companies in the private sector, as well as a member of engineering societies locally & internationally & the first Arabic CEO in government to be member of the Arab Engineers Federation 2019. Acting Director General, Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC)
Eng. Maysarah Mahmoud Eid brings over 17 years of leadership expertise across both public and private sectors, specialising in strategic project management, planning, project oversight and financing, and commercial contract management.
His notable achievements include directing Abu Dhabi's government project development strategy and managing a diverse portfolio of projects valued at more than AED 200 billion in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. This portfolio encompasses infrastructure, construction, healthcare, education, housing, security, tourism, and cultural projects, as well as real estate developments in the UAE, the region, and globally.
Maysarah also led ADPIC’s establishment - which oversees the Emirate’s capital projects - setting management standards and guidelines, leading the delivery and implementing key agreements with real estate developers.
Maysarah holds a master’s degree in international business administration and a bachelor’s in engineering, with numerous professional courses in leadership, project management, and contract management.
Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti was appointed by the Cabinet as the Head of Cyber Security for the UAE Government since 2020. As the Head of Cyber Security, his mandate includes responsibilities as the Chairman of the UAE Cyber Security Council, Managing Director of the National Data Center under the Supreme Council for National Security. As the Head of Cyber Security for the UAE Government by investiture, Dr. Al Kuwaiti has legal authority over all aspects pertaining to securing the cyberspace for the entire Nation. In his current role, Dr. Al Kuwaiti is tasked with the responsibility of charting the cyber security strategy for the Nation that not only equips the UAE to enter the digital era with capabilities to deal with the new threat landscape exacerbated by the pandemic, but also ensures UAE’s leadership in cyber security globally; towards establishing the UAE as the world’s leading trusted digital hub and supporting the Nation’s digital transformation agenda and the digital future of all residents who made UAE their home. Towards that end, he leads the Council to outline an implementation plan to protect the UAE cyberspace through emerging technologies such as Cloud, Big Data, and AI in a whole-of-government approach, coordinating and orchestrating efforts between Emirates and government entities via a unified platform built and managed by the Council. Under Dr. Al Kuwaiti’s leadership, the United Arab Emirates ranked #1 in the Global Cybersecurity Index 2024. He has also led UAE to many firsts, including Guinness World Records for having the most users in a cyber capture-the-flag (CTF) competition, the largest bug bounty competition, and the largest cyber drill; all initiatives that aim at capacity building in cyber security and improving the technical competencies of cyber security professionals and enthusiasts. More importantly, he has been instrumental in advocating for realizing the value of cyber security by demonstrating cyber security as a critical business enabler. Since 2021, Dr. Al Kuwaiti has played the role of an ambassador for collaboration between the government and cyber agencies, helping to bridge the discussion between the two major stakeholders in the digital economy. Under his chaperone, key public-private partnerships were established between the UAE Cyber Security Council and leading local and international cyber security organizations with the goal of making a positive contribution to the UAE cyber agenda and being a major force that will benefit the global cyber security industry. Additionally, bilateral agreements established with countries both within the region and across the world contributed towards mutual information sharing, capacity development, and legal assistance aid treaties, all key outcomes as a result of the National Cyber Security Strategy that he has put in place to realize the vision of the UAE for the next 50 years. Underscoring the UAE’s leadership in cyber security on a global stage under Dr. Al Kuwaiti’s tutelage, UAE plays a pivotal role in the Arab Regional Cybersecurity Centre with UAE being elected as the Vice Chair of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Computer Emergency Response Team and cochairs the Information Sharing Committee in the White House Counter Ransomware Initiative (CRI), a coalition of 37 international partners. Involved in many of the practice’s seminal projects such as the Rosenthal Centre for Contemporary Art in Cincinnati; the MAXXI: National Museum of 21st Century Art in Rome; and the Sheikh Zayed Bridge in Abu Dhabi, he led the design of the Phaeno Science Centre project in Wolfsburg, Germany, which was shortlisted for the Stirling prize in 2006.Christos is currently project director for the recently completed Opus in Dubai, UAE, as well as Sverdlovsk Philharmonic Concert Hall in Yekaterinburg, Russia and the Sberbank Technopark in Moscow, Russia; a 262,000m. new complex that forms part of the wider Skolkovo campus considered to be a new ‘Russian Silicon Valley’, and will accommodate up to 12,000 people across the IT and marketing departments. editor Ahmed Hafez has crafted the final cut of more than 50 films and series, in addition to a
vast number of commercials and music videos. Hafez has earned over 25 national and
international awards for his work and is a member of the prestigious American Cinema
Editors (ACE). He also contributed to major global productions, including Marvel’s Moon
Knight directed by Mohamed Diab.
In 2023, Hafez’s notable projects included Under Guardianship (Taht El Wesaya), a
Ramadan drama series starring Mona Zaki and directed by Mohamed Shaker Khodeir, for
which he won Best Editing at the 2nd Cairo Drama Festival. He also edited Inshallah a Boy
by Amjad Al-Rasheed, which became the first Jordanian film to be officially selected at the
Cannes Film Festival (76th edition), where it screened in the Semaine de la Critique and
won both the Gan Foundation Award and the Rail d’Or for Best Feature. The film was
Jordan’s official submission to the 2023 Oscars for Best International Feature.
Hafez also worked on the Oscar-submitted Egyptian film Voy! Voy! Voy! by Omar Hilal and
producer Mohamed Hefzy, the musical film Sugar (Sukkar) produced by MBC Studios and
Aroma, directed by Tamer Mahdy, the action film Shamarikh starring Asser Yassin and
Amina Khalil and directed by Amr Salama, and the short film 60 Pounds, which opened the
6th Gouna Film Festival, also directed by Salama. He edited The Giza Butcher (Saffah El
Giza), a thriller series that streamed on Shahid, starring Ahmed Fahmy, Rakeen Saad, and
Bassem Samra.Born in Cairo in 1982, Hafez graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Trade but began editing
as early as 1998 during his high school years. His journey began with TV commercials in
collaboration with director Hadi El Bagoury. He kept pace with evolving editing
techniques—from classic celluloid and raw formats to the digital revolution and modern
editing applications.

Manuel Rabaté has been Director of Louvre Abu Dhabi since 2016. He oversees all aspects
of the first universal museum in the Arab world’s operations and activity, welcoming more
than four million visitors since opening in 2017.
Rabaté leads the development of Louvre Abu Dhabi’s local, regional, and international
networks, that include Agence France-Muséums and 17 French partners, to create a host of
extraordinary exhibitions. Some of the recent exhibitions include: Versailles & the World
(2022), Dragon and Phoenix: Centuries of Exchange between Chinese and Islamic Worlds
(2021), Louvre Abu Dhabi Art Here 2021 Richard Mille Art Prize (2021), Furusiyya: The Art
of Chivalry between East and West (2020), among others.
In addition, he contributes to building the museum’s growing collection and the creation of
its conservation and documentation centre. Rabaté’s mandate also includes training the new

Rabaté has worked on Louvre Abu Dhabi since its inception, joining Agence FranceMuséums a year after the signing of the intergovernmental agreement between France and

2016); before eventually joining the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi. Previously, Rabaté was Deputy Director of Cultural Development (2005-2008) of Musée Du
