Aaesha Aljasmi is a Junior Process Engineer at NMDC Energy. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from UAE University in 2022 and joined NMDC in 2023. Her work includes developing and reviewing P&IDs; performing equipment and line-sizing calculations; and supporting flow-assurance studies using Aspen HYSYS and PIPESIM. She has contributed to process philosophies aligned with project specifications and operational objectives and aims to advance into technical and leadership roles where she can guide teams and deliver successful projects.
