Abdulaziz joined Aisha Jewels in 2018 supporting the rapid growth of the company started by Aisha Abdulmalek in 2014. From the years 2019 – 2022, he helped develop the back end of the business focusing on operations, account management, export, and building and training the team in addition to working on developing a clear strategy to produce professional marketing content for Aisha Jewels that focuses on conveying the company’s message to its clientele. The pandemic played a pivotal role in the company and due to its unique positioning in operating virtually it succeeded in growing by 100%. By 2022 the company began to take its current form, and the team grew to a 100% Bahraini team of 9 young Bahrainis who manage the company operations from its Aisha Jewels main office in the heart of Manama. Operations also expanded to offices in Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates.
