An accomplished architect, urban planning expert and an inspiring young Emirati leader focused on promoting a culture of entrepreneurship, innovation and facilitating strategic foreign investments, Arch. Abdulla Al Abdouli is the Chief Executive Officer of Marjan, the master-developer of freehold properties in Ras Al Khaimah. Al Abdouli oversees investment in infrastructure and urban planning to develop unique destinations in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. As the CEO of Marjan, he leads the company’s strategic growth initiatives, with a focus on developing world-class master-planned communities in the Emirate that will attract foreign investment and position it as a regional investment and tourism hub. He is at the helm of identifying new opportunities for growth, expanding Marjan’s partnerships to global markets and creating a strong framework that enhances investor confidence. He also manages the development, operations, and expansion plans for Marjan and its companies including RAK Central, Beach District and more.Al Abdouli is credited with several innovative initiatives that have enhanced the reputation of Ras Al Khaimah globally. Based on the topography and geographical nature of the Emirate, he supervises leading projects extending to the waterfront development, the urban areas, and mountains in alignment with the government and private entities. In addition to his position as the CEO of Marjan, Al Abdouli serves on several boards of directors, including the Board of Directors of RAK Ceramics, the Board of Directors of RAK Properties, and is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of RAK AMI Hotel. He is the Managing Director of Ras Al Khaimah Dredging Company, and a member of the Board of Directors and General Manager of Saraya Ras Al Khaimah Company. Drawing on his competencies in real estate development and urban master-planning, he was Director of Town Planning and Survey Administration and Director of Project Management Office at RAK Municipality. Previously, he was also a Board Member of the RAK International Airport Authority and RAK Sewerage Authority. Al Abdouli holds a Masters in Regional & Urban Planning from the Paris Sorbonne University in Abu Dhabi and graduated from the American University of Sharjah. He is also the recipient of a certificate in Real Estate Investment Strategies from Harvard University
