Adele Trombetta leads Cisco’s Customer Experience organisation in MEA and the Technology Transformation Group in EMEAR. In her dual role, she is responsible for ensuring Cisco’s customers get the best out of their technology investment and are aligned to future market trends. At EMEAR level she leads an amazing team of Subject Matter Experts and with them she is now working to accelerate the transformational growth with a main focus on Cloud, Security and Business Advisory. Prior to this role, Adele led Cisco’s Advanced Service delivery organisation for Europe, Middle East and Africa, with responsibility for regional strategy and P&L, her key areas of focus were delivery excellence, workforce transformation, and cross-country collaboration. Adele has over 20 years’ technology sector experience and a strong track record in orchestrating large-scale, transformational programs for key customers. Prior to joining Cisco, she held leadership roles at DXC Consulting, a company formed by the combination of CSC Consulting, HPE Enterprise Services and IBM. Adele is an active advocate for diversity and equality in the workplace and is the executive sponsor for the Cisco Women of Impact and Early-in-career programmes across MEA. She is a Certified Management Consultant (CMA) and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, and an MBA from Henley Business School. Adele also has been awarded two patents both in security technology, she has been Board member of the Unicredit/HPE JV in Banking Services and Member of the supervisory board of the Morocco Caisse des Depots et Gestion/HPE Joint Venture in Professional Services. Adele has lived in a number of countries across the globe and currently resides in Dubai.
