He has over 22 years of management consulting and health industry experience within the Middle East and India and has been based in UAE since 2007. He has worked extensively with health regulators, public and private sector providers, payors and life sciences companies on strategy mandates, health insurance reform, health investments and privatization, corporatization and transformation. Ahmed brings experience and expertise across multiple programs including, clinical needs assessment and capacity planning, health system strategy, integration of care and developing innovative models for commercialization and corporatization of public hospitals, operating model design, value based care and planning for virtual care and telehealth services, payor models and partnerships, growth and expansion strategies, new investments and privatization models for healthcare
