Alejandro Helbling

Alejandro Helbling brings over three decades of international leadership experience in luxury hospitality and guest experience to his role as Group Chief People Officer at PureHealth.

Prior to joining PureHealth, Alejandro served as Vice President of Group Services at Jumeirah Group in Dubai, where he oversaw the quality, innovation, and delivery of the Group’s global hospitality offering. His career has spanned senior roles across The Ritz-Carlton, Bulgari, Capella, and Park Hyatt in regions including Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Puerto Rico, Indonesia, Spain, and the UAE, where he led teams dedicated to crafting exceptional guest journeys, driving service excellence, and enhancing employee engagement.

At PureHealth, Alejandro is responsible for advancing the patient and guest experience across the Group’s healthcare network, developing world-class service standards, and ensuring a consistent, human-centered approach to care. He also leads the design and implementation of all aspects of the end-to-end guest and patient journey, aligning PureHealth’s vision of holistic well-being with its service culture.

An Argentine national, Alejandro holds a Bachelor’s degree from EHL Hospitality Business School (École Hôtelière de Lausanne) and has completed an Executive Development Programme at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland. Fluent in Spanish, French, and English, Alejandro combines strategic insight with a deep passion for people, culture, and exceptional service.
