Her career includes advising governments, development finance institutions and businesses on renewable energy projects across the Middle East and Africa. As CEO, she has led Enerwhere through significant growth and expansion into Saudi Arabia and Oman, while accelerating the deployment of hybrid solar, battery storage and microgrid solutions across energy-intensive industries.
Cowman advocates an approach to the energy transition that combines technology with leadership and human capability, emphasising the people, investment and organisational change required to deliver cleaner, more reliable and affordable energy.
