Ayaman Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Harrasi

Dr. Ayaman Abdullah Al-Harrasi is the Founder and CEO of YouVerse LLC, with a professional background spanning big data analysis, predictive modelling, economic evaluation, artificial intelligence and decision support. She began her career as a medical doctor with a strong focus on big data analysis and research, particularly behavioural analysis related to unhealthy lifestyles and population health patterns. Her work developed further into statistical and predictive modelling, scientific research and the use of large datasets to support evidence-based decision-making. She later specialised in Health Economics, with advanced work in the economic evaluation of technologies and decision modelling in the United Kingdom, and has led and contributed to several national-level predictive modelling and strategic projects. Her professional journey has spanned Oman, the United Kingdom and the UAE. Today, her work focuses on applying AI, machine learning, intelligent agents and data-driven models to real institutional challenges, particularly in financial services, where she is involved in projects related to credit underwriting, risk analysis, document intelligence and decision support. Through YouVerse, she is also exploring how human experience and AI can work together to create more adaptive, connected and intelligent organisations.
