Bader Nasser Al-Kulaib is the Vice Chairman and Co-Founder of SHASHA, an Arabic streaming and entertainment platform built with the ambition of creating a strong homegrown media business for audiences across the region.
His journey with SHASHA has focused on building the platform from the ground up, understanding changing audience behavior, developing original content, forming strategic partnerships and navigating the challenges of scaling a media and technology business in a rapidly evolving industry.
Bader is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Almudhaf & Alkulaib Group, a Kuwait-based family business with interests across food and beverage and consumer brands. His experience across both businesses has shaped his approach to entrepreneurship, growth, partnerships and building businesses that can evolve beyond their founders.
