Bader Sater is the Chief Executive Officer of Bahrain FinTech Bay, leading the organization’s vision to drive fintech innovation and ecosystem growth in the Middle East. Since assuming the role in 2022, he has focused on fostering collaboration between government entities, financial institutions, and startups to strengthen Bahrain’s position as a fintech hub. Before joining Bahrain FinTech Bay, Bader played a key role in shaping Bahrain’s startup landscape. He managed the Cloud10 Program, the country’s first cloud accelerator, and previously worked at the Economic Development Board of Bahrain, where he was responsible for attracting foreign direct investment in the ICT sector. Bader holds a Master’s in Business Management and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor’s in Banking and Finance. His global experience across multiple markets has given him a dynamic perspective on fintech innovation and business development.
