Bilal is Managing Director for the Middle East, Türkiye, Africa, and Central Asia at Guidepoint, the global expert intelligence firm. Based in Dubai for more than 25 years, he has advised and represented corporations, industry associations, and trade groups, helping them navigate complex business, regulatory, and stakeholder environments across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Since joining Guidepoint in 2018, Bilal has led the firm's regional growth and engagement with leading consulting firms, investment funds, government entities, and multinational corporations.
