From a poor family in 1980s China, to the boardrooms of Saudi Arabia, Bingbing’s journey shows the power of possibilities, and the opportunities Middle East offers. Raised in a time when girls were less than boys, she had dreams that seemed beyond reach. Today, she holds a master's degree with distinction from the University of Cambridge. With a 20-year career in the Energy industry, she became part of history when appointed the first female Director at Aramco’s ambitious Downstream business and now holds three board level & committee positions, right here in Saudi Arabia, a testament the industry and the country’s support for women. As a mother of two young children, she often says: ‘If I can, every girl can, everybody can. Together, let’s dream big!
