Dr.Abubakr Eltom is a distinguished scholar in sustainability and social responsibility, with numerous
scientific articles and studies focused on enhancing quality of life and driving sustainable development in
communities. He has delivered numerous workshops and lectures on sustainability concepts, its
requirements, and its developmental goals, and has served as a judge for several awards in the field of
sustainability and social responsibility.
As the founder of "Mustadam for Project Management Services," he works to bridge the gap between
commercial projects and sustainable development challenges, supporting organizations in various sectors
to adopt sustainable solutions and integrate them into their internal operational frameworks to enhance
corporate social commitment.
A dedicated content creator, Dr.Eltom actively shares insights on sustainability across social media
platforms, digital networks, and various media channels. His work focuses on raising awareness,
educating the public, and advocating for social responsibility, while emphasizing cultural heritage
preservation and the sustainability of intangible cultural traditions.He has produced and hosted dozens of sustainability-focused podcast episodes in collaboration with
partners and social influencers. Notably, he launched the first Arabic sustainability podcast in the UAE
and produced 60 episodes and segments on sustainability for Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah Radio.
Additionally, he hosted the UAE’s first live sustainability program, "Sustainable Awareness," on
Noor Dubai Radio.
Dr.Eltom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, a Master’s degree in
Strategic Project Management, and a Ph.D. in Sustainability.
His lifelong mission is to make the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) slogan,
"Leaving No One Behind," a tangible reality—an ambition he actively pursues both professionally and
personally.
