Dr. Ayomi Jayathilake is the Medical Director of Nabta Health Clinic in Dubai, where she is leading the development of integrated, multidisciplinary models of women’s healthcare. With over nine years of clinical and operational experience in Sri Lanka and the UAE, and advanced training in nutrition and telemedicine, and experience in healthcare management, she combines medical expertise with strategic leadership. Her current work focuses on integrating medical specialties with allied health and holistic care models to build comprehensive pathways that empower women across all life stages. Under the leadership of Nabta Health, she has expanded preventive services, corporate wellness programs, health education support, and strategic partnerships with hospitals, insurers, and community organizations. Passionate about advancing women’s health, Dr. Jayathilake combines clinical excellence with operational innovation, positioning Nabta Health as a hub for integrated, patient- centered care.
