Doaa Marouf’s career reflects an unwavering dedication to elevating patient care, strengthening strategic partnerships, and ensuring optimal access to innovative medicines. He began his career with Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) in 2002 as a pharmacist. Over the next decade, he honed his expertise across pharmacy operations, retail strategy, and pharmaceutical procurement while simultaneously earning an MBA and then a Ph.D. in Change Management. After a series of management roles in the pharmaceutical sector, he returned to AKI in 2018, eventually becoming CEO of AKI Pharma and BinSina Pharmacy. Today, Doaa actively champions pharmacies as an integral part of any community. He focuses much of his time on nurturing the next generation of pharmacists, anticipating local healthcare needs, and supporting AKI teams to deliver personalised services in health, wellness, and nutrition.
