Essam is the Director of the Special Studies Office in the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food safety Authority. He is Holding PhD in Food Security from The University of Sydney in Australia and master’s degree in Veterinary Surveillance from Murdoch University in Australia and Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine from King Faisal University in Saudi Arabia. He has more than 23 years of experience in the Food and Agriculture sector in UAE. Currently, he responsible for the agricultural economic studies and Food Security studies.
