Dr. Hind Al Ali is a Senior Specialist Psychiatrist at Rashid Hospital, Dubai Health, and Secretary General of the Emirates Mental Health Society. She holds the Arab Board Certificate in Psychiatry and an MSc in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) Institute of Leadership, complemented by postgraduate training in Applied Psychological Skills and Competencies in Mental Health.
With clinical expertise in psychiatry and intellectual disability, Dr. Al Ali brings a unique perspective at the intersection of mental health, healthcare leadership, and system transformation. Through her clinical, academic, research, and professional leadership roles, she is actively contributing to the advancement of mental healthcare in the UAE.
Her work focuses on building more accessible, integrated, and patient-centered mental health services and exploring how innovation and evolving models of healthcare can support better mental health outcomes across the UAE.
