Dr. Manish Madnani is a Specialist Gastrointestinal and Laparoscopic Surgeon and Head of Surgical Division for the Al Nahda Cluster at NMC Specialty Hospital and Clinics, Dubai. With advanced qualifications including MS (General Surgery, Gold Medalist), DNB (GI Surgery), MRCS (England), FACS (USA), and FARIS (Robotic Surgery), MSc Healthcare Leadership from University of Liverpool, he brings a wealth of clinical expertise spanning complex laparoscopic, robotic, and open GI procedures. He holds registrations with the GMC UK, DHA UAE, and NHRA Bahrain, and is a UAE Golden Visa holder. Beyond the operating theatre, Dr. Madnani leads surgical governance, quality improvement, and multidisciplinary care delivery across his cluster, and holds Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certifications. He is passionate about advancing surgical standards in the region and fostering a culture of clinical excellence, innovation, and patient-centric care.
