Dr. Marwan Al Mulla is currently the CEO of the Health Regulation Sector of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) since 2018. He has earned his degree in Medicine and Surgery from The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2001. He followed his studies with MSc in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) and earned the Arab Board of Family Medicine from the Arab Board of Medical Specializations in 2008. Dr. Marwan is leading the Health Regulation Sector at Dubai Health Authority managing the Health Licensing Department, Health Tourism Department, Clinical Governance, Health Polices & Standards Department, Health Informatics & Smart Health Department to nurture quality assurance and develop the regulatory framework and standards of care. Dr. Marwan Al Mulla has strengthened his skills and managerial abilities through different programs such as Expert in Public Policy Program from the Executive Council in conjunction with London School of Economics. Dr. Marwan is a member of several prominent external committees such as the National Institute for Health Specialties and the Emirates international Accreditation Center.
