Dr. Diab has been a consultant oncologist since 2008, following his medical education and professional training in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. He relocated to the UAE in 2012, where he quickly assumed leadership roles in oncology, serving as head of department and later chairing the specialty.
Today, Dr. Diab is the Director of Oncology Services at Mediclinic in Abu Dhabi, where he leads the development and advancement of cancer care across the network. In this capacity, he oversees the integration of advanced treatments, the expansion of multidisciplinary care pathways, and the implementation of international best practices to ensure patients receive comprehensive and personalised care.
In addition to his leadership role, Dr. Diab has participated in numerous scientific studies at international, regional, and national levels. He has also authored multiple peer-reviewed publications featured in respected medical journals, contributing to the advancement of oncology knowledge and practice.
