Dr. Noora Ibrahim Al Marzooqi is the Chief Financial Officer of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) with over 17 years of experience spanning corporate finance, strategic investments, and business transformation. She previously held senior leadership roles at ADNOC and the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce & Industry and has served on the boards and committees of several ADNOC Group companies. Dr. AlMarzooqi holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Durham University and Emlyon Business School, a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD, and executive certificates from Harvard Business School, Wharton University, LBS, and IMD.
