Dr. Noura Ghaithi

Dr. Noura Al Ghaithi is the Chief Executive Officer of Ambulatory Healthcare Services, the largest network of healthcare centers in the UAE. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of Yas Clinics Group and an Official Spokesperson for the UAE Health Sector. As CEO of AHS, Dr. Noura oversees the provision of healthcare services to the community of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi through 55 multi-specialty, widely distributed healthcare centers providing curative and preventive services, visa screening centers, state-of-the-art mobile clinic solutions, school health services in more than 200 public school clinics, and various special projects. AHS was at the forefront of fighting the COVID-19 pandemic and established the award-winning drive-through centers, oversaw the national screening program, designed and operated the COVID-19 Prime Assessment Centers, and rolled out the COVID-19 vaccination program, all while providing the community with the healthcare services it needs. Dr. Noura is a firm believer in leveraging technology to enhance patient care and provide easier access to healthcare services. Under her leadership, AHS implemented a number of new technologies, including artificial intelligence in retinal Ai screening thus reducing the turnaround time for eye scan results for diabetic patients from 3 days to 3 seconds.
