Dr Saeed Almarzooqi graduated from the royal college of Surgeons in Ireland and completed fellowships in hepatology research, clinical gastroenterology, clinical hepatology, and transplant hepatology from the University of Toronto. His main field of interest is liver disease, pre and post-liver transplant care. He is currently the director of the hepatology service and the program director of gastroenterology fellowship at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City, Abu Dhabi.
