El Assal holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture from Misr International University (2005). He is also certified with ISO 9001:2008 in Quality Assurance, possesses a Project Management Certificate from the American University in Cairo, and has pursued specialized training in interior design at Colombini Casa Group in San Marino. Additionally, he completed a real estate marketing course at Keller Williams Worldwide in the USA, further enhancing his expertise in the field.
