Farhad Azizi

Farhad Azizi, an expert in finance, banking, construction, oil & gas, and hospitality, leads Azizi Group as Group CEO. One of Dubai's leading property developers, Azizi Developments has delivered over 40,000 units and has 150,000 more under construction, with a portfolio of luxury residential and commercial properties synonymous with excellence.

Having grown up in Dubai, where he attended Al Mawakeb School, Farhad graduated from the University of Tulsa and obtained his MBA in Finance Management from Suffolk University, Boston. A German national, he spent several years in Germany, where he established successful real estate businesses in Frankfurt and beyond, including a boutique property developer and a property management firm. He then returned to the UAE to lead his family business into a new realm of growth, and has held senior leadership positions across other family-owned businesses, including Azizi Bank and its trading and oil & gas companies.

Farhad places customer centricity at the forefront of his businesses, prioritising the delivery of high-quality homes. His open-door policy and transparent, hands-on, empowering leadership style continue to shape Dubai's real estate landscape, including the world's second tallest skyscraper, currently under construction at a value of USD 1.5bn. He also spearheads the group's diversification into new high-performing markets, with a focus on Europe and North America across real estate, banking, and hospitality.
