Fawaz M. Al-Fawaz is a seasoned business leader with more than four decades of experience in the industrial and petrochemical sectors. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Tasnee since April 2024, following his tenure as Chief Financial Officer and EVP Support Functions since 2015. Prior to Tasnee, he spent more than 25 years at SABIC, holding a range of senior leadership positions across finance, accounting, and corporate strategy. Throughout his career, Al-Fawaz has led major financing transactions, IPOs, sukuk issuances, corporate restructurings, and large-scale investment projects. In addition to his role at Tasnee, Al-Fawaz chairs SAL Saudi Logistics Services Company and Saudi Chemical Holding Company and serves on several corporate boards and audit committees, further contributing to the competitiveness of Saudi Arabia’s industrial and logistics sectors and the achievement of Vision 2030 objectives.
