Futoon Hamdan Al Mazrouei

Futoon Hamdan AlMazrouei is the Group Head of Personal, Business, Wealth and Privileged Client Banking Group at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), where she leads one of the bank's largest client franchises, bringing together retail, wealth and business banking to deliver integrated, customer-focused solutions and drive growth across segments. AlMazrouei serves as Chairperson of FAB Suisse and FAB Islamic and holds a board position at FABMISR. She is also a board member of several organisations, including Abu Dhabi National Insurance Company (ADNIC), APEX Investment, MAIR Group, WIO Bank and Zoud, the National Financial Wellbeing & Sustainability Initiative. She is a Council Member for Visa and a member of the Mastercard MENA Executive Council and serves on the committee of the Sheikha Fatima Fund for Women Refugees. With over 15 years of experience, AlMazrouei has played a key role in advancing FAB's digital transformation, ensuring secure and innovative banking services for customers. Previously, she served as Group Head of Consumer Banking, where she led a period of significant growth and transformation, earning industry recognitions including the MEA Finance Award for Best Mobile Banking Service Implementation and the Digital CX Award for Best Use of Data and Analytics. She was also named one of the Middle East's Top Women in Banking by Global Money Monitor in 2023. AlMazrouei holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from UAE University, Al Ain, and has completed executive programmes at the National University of Singapore and Harvard Business School.
