H.E Younis Haji Al Khoori serves as the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance of the United Arab Emirates. In this role, he oversees the management of the federal government's general budget, revenues, and financial operations, as well as the development and diversification of financial resources and the formulation of financial policies. He is also responsible for managing the UAE’s financial relations with regional and international institutions, including the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
