Hamdan Mohamed Al Kaitoob is the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Deyaar Development PJSC (Deyaar), a leading developer and real estate service provider in the areas of Property Development, Property Management, Facilities Management, Community Management, Hospitality and Asset Management.
In his role, Hamdan is spearheading innovative marketing strategies that resonate with consumers and elevate the company’s brand identity. Hi is also tasked with formulating Deyaar’s sales strategies and expanding the company’s distribution footprint, both domestically and regionally, with a focus on enhancing the service delivery standards across all channels.
Prior to joining Deyaar, Hamdan held significant positions in the UAE, including General Manager of Asset Management at AlFuttaim Group Real Estate, and General Manager of Retail Property Management at Aldar Properties.
Hamdan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Dubai.
