Hanoof is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Business Family House (BFH), a leading national advisory firm for family businesses. She is also a Visiting Researcher at the American University of Sharjah. Her career spans global experience with Peter May Family Business Consulting in Germany and Banyan Global Family Business Advisors in the USA, advising family enterprises in Saudi Arabia. She has also contributed to KPMG, the National Centre for Family Businesses, and PwC, delivering impactful transformation projects across private and public sectors. Hanoof holds a PhD in Management from King’s College London, with research focused on Saudi family businesses, and an MBA from Aston University, UK.
