With over 25 years of experience in spa and wellness operations and development, Heidi is lauded as a visionary leader known for her deep expertise in conceptualization and the seamless execution of world-class wellness programs. Throughout her career, Heidi has brought her exceptional troubleshooting skills to a variety of influential roles. As Co-Director at FG Innovation Management Ltd, she pioneered spa management in Ireland and founded Virgin Atlantic Airways’ first corporate gym. Her journey continued with wellness leadership roles at Inchydoney Lodge & Spa, Aghadoe Heights Hotel & Spa, aboard the QE2 Oceanliner during its world cruise, the esteemed One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives, and Steiner Transocean Worldwide, marking her reach across global wellness. In 2022, her remarkable contributions were honored with the Global Spa Leader of the Year award at the World Spa and Wellness Awards.
