Henry Duckworth is Co-Founder and CEO of Agridex International, the financial infrastructure company for global trade, and the driving force behind Loam, its cross-border settlement and treasury platform. Previously the youngest trader at Trafigura, Henry spent more than a decade in commodity trading and agriculture investment, managing billion-dollar supply chains across the DRC, Zambia and West Africa. He founded Agridex to fix the frictions he experienced first-hand: payments that take days, hidden costs that erode margins, and working capital that sits idle. Today the group provides settlement, treasury and trade finance infrastructure to businesses across 35 markets, with a particular focus on the corridors connecting Africa, the Gulf and Asia.
