Hussein Shoukry is Managing Director for Siemens Energy in the Middle East and Africa, overseeing operations across 29 offices and more than 4,000 employees. Since joining Siemens in 2003, Shoukry has held senior leadership roles spanning engineering, manufacturing, project execution and strategy. Previously, as Senior Vice President for Project Execution at Siemens Energy, he led more than 3,500 professionals delivering large-scale, complex energy projects globally.
Born in Egypt and with experience across Europe and the Middle East, Shoukry has led major strategic and transformation initiatives that have shaped his perspective on the energy transition and the challenges of delivering resilient energy infrastructure at scale.
He also serves on the boards of several Siemens Energy subsidiaries across the region and is Chairman of Siemens Energy Egypt. Shoukry holds a degree in Construction Engineering from the American University in Cairo.
