Louis is the Founder and CEO of FOMO Pay, the Singapore-headquartered leading Fintech company that specializes in digital payment, digital banking, and digital asset solutions. As a recognized leader driving innovation in Fintech, Louis has extended his expertise as an industry partner of the Singapore National Payment QR Code Taskforce. He led FOMO Pay to win the MAS FinTech Awards and received the Singapore Fintech Association Leader Award in recognition of his contribution to Singapore’s national digital payment blueprint. He was also previously featured in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list (Asia, Finance & Venture Capital). Louis was invited by the Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau of Hong Kong to join the Subcommittee on Regulatory Matters, established under the task force on promoting FinTech development. He also led FOMO Pay's Hong Kong business to win the "Best Payments and Collections Solution" at The Asset Triple A Treasurise Awards 2025. Louis has spoken at prominent events such as Money 2020, Singapore Fintech Festival, Hong Kong Fintech Week, and the World Economic Forum. His thought leadership extends to mainstream media, with opinion pieces featured in reputable outlets, such as “5G spurs payment industry to innovate” in The Business Times, and “Digital banks: Big step into the future of banking” in The Straits Times. Besides professional engagements, Louis is also an executive committee member of both Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI)’s Youth Business Affairs Committee and Singapore Business Federation (SBF)’s Young Business Leaders Network.
