Lynn Laz

ICF PCC Integrative Transformational Coach, Founder, Point à la Lynn

Lynn Laz is an Integrative Transformational Coach and the founder of Point à la Lynn, a platform dedicated to advancing emotional resilience, identity transformation, and integrative well being in the Arab world. She is an ICF PCC-certified coach with over six years of experience blending evidence-based methods from CBT, DBT, and NLP with neuroscience-informed, trauma-sensitive coaching, subconscious rewiring, and epigenetic approaches.

Her work helps individuals move beyond survival into thriving by addressing identity, nervous system regulation, resilience, and emotional healing, while integrating the mind–body connection and subconscious transformation. Known for embodying the very practices she teaches, Lynn has built her influence by living the principles of resilience, healing, and transformation in her own life.

Beyond her coaching practice, Lynn has become a recognized public voice and advocate for breaking taboos around mental health, women’s wellbeing, and emotional healing in the region. In 2022, she became one of the first in the Arab world to openly share her IVF journey and her experience with stillbirth in Marie Claire Arabia, as well as her journey of autoimmune healing — breaking stigma and creating space for culturally relevant, stigma-free dialogue not only around fertility but also resilience, trauma, and women’s health as a whole. Her advocacy and expertise have also been featured across regional media outlets, including television and print, further amplifying her role as a public voice for resilience and women’s health.

Today, she continues to bridge science and compassion through her practice, speaking, and community advocacy — making her a leading voice in integrative coaching, transformational growth, and trauma-informed wellbeing. Lynn’s impact extends beyond one-to-one coaching into education and public advocacy, where she challenges limiting cultural narratives and champions holistic, women-first ecosystems of care.
