Maha has a total of 20 years of experience in the space of Employee Engagement, workplace Culture, and Leadership Advisory and line Management. Throughout her career she held key roles and was responsible for shaping, guiding, and enhancing the work environment and leadership practices within the public sector and private sector. Maha was the Managing Director of Great Place to Work® UAE for 7 years. During her time with GPTW, Maha had the opportunity to lead many projects in the region and help many companies become great workplaces and many leaders to become better leaders. Maha has extensive experience with government entities in the UAE and has worked closely with Dubai Police as a consultant for the Happiness and Positivity council for more than 4 years. Smart Dubai, DEWA, Ministry of Tolerance, FAHR, Dubai Chamber, Dubai Police Academy, SEWA, Dubai Future Foundation, and Ajman government, DHL, FEDEX, Canon, Microsoft, Hilton, were all clients that Maha worked closely with on different employee engagement projects. Maha’s work has been featured in many articles and publications in the region and she was invited to speak on the topic in many Universities, institutions, Media outlets (Aljazeera, Bloomberg, and Dubai TV) and conferences regionally and internationally. Maha is passionate about employee engagement and workplace experience, and she has worked with many multinational and government organizations to fulfil her aspiration of improving people’s life by improving their work life.
