Majd Abu Zant

Majd Abu Zant is the Managing Director and CEO of Global Fertility, a Saudi-Emirati healthcare investment venture focused on building the leading network of fertility and reproductive genetics centers across the Middle East and North Africa, starting with a strong presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is also the Co-Founder & Chairman of OvaSave, a UAE-based ‘Femtech’ start-up with a focus on reproductive and women’s health. Majd Abu Zant has more than 28 years of diverse experience within the healthcare sector with a focus on fertility and women’s health.

A highly regarded thought leader, global mentor and expert in the field, Majd has extensive experience in developing new healthcare projects, working with health-tech start-ups, and leading businesses through rapid growth and successful exits. He has developed strong partnerships with leading international healthcare institutions throughout Asia, Europe, and North America, and established world-class facilities that offer the most innovative and patient-centered healthcare services.

Prior to founding Global Fertility, Majd was the CEO of a leading healthcare organization, which operated more than 100 specialized hospitals and clinics across the KSA and the UAE, including the largest fertility network in the MENA region.

Majd was recognized as one of the top healthcare executives in the Middle East including Forbes Middle East Top Healthcare Leaders list in 2023 and 2024. He holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management from the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), and has completed an intensive Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
